• Working in conjunction with B8RE’s in house occupational team, we provided advice on ERVs, reletting assumptions and assisted on potential asset management strategies in order to exceed the required returns.
• B8RE were able to secure the acquisition of the asset amidst strong competition and closely monitored and advised throughout, resulting in successful completion.
• Our industrial occupational team has since secured new rental levels in excess of the business plan.
