- The site of approximately 9 acres was initially marketed for D&B opportunities but following the resurgence in the high bay warehouse market and shortage of suitable stock, we identified Union Square as a potential speculative funding opportunity.
- A funding deal was subsequently agreed with M&G Real Estate for a single high bay warehouse unit of 175,000 sq ft which will be the first single unit speculative development to take place in Trafford Park post-recession.
- B8 Real Estate has been retained as joint letting agents for M&G Real Estate on the letting.
