• Following the closure of their manufacturing operations in Liverpool, we advised leading Austrian carton manufacturer, Mayr-Melnhof, on the disposal of their redundant factory premises.
• After a review of their disposal options, we undertook a full marketing campaign and were able to engineer a best bids situation with three interested parties comprising two owner occupiers and a developer.
• We finally agreed a sale to KTC Edibles who are Britain’s largest private manufacturer and distribution of cooking oils who will utilise the building as part of their expansion plans in the area.
