• Following the IPIF portfolio sale, which included subject estate we have continued the success on behalf of our new client Eskmuir Securities and are now achieving rents more than £6.50 per sq. ft.
• Most recently – Unit E1 (6,208 sq. ft.) was let to William Fox Drinks Co Ltd on a new 10-year lease at £6.50 per sq. ft.
