· Having been made aware of an off-market development funding opportunity, B8RE introduced to Cabot, knowing they had a requirement for high quality industrial stock in core locations.
· B8RE viewed the asset, undertook due diligence and cashflow analysis. Working in conjunction with B8RE’s occupational team, we provided extensive advice on ERVs and letting assumptions which were key to this purchase.
· B8RE successfully negotiated and agreed a price to acquire the asset and closely monitored and advised throughout, resulting in a successful completion.
· Our industrial occupational team has since secured new rental levels in excess of the business plan.
