- B8 Real Estate advised Canmoor/Harbert on the acquisition of the asset from SEGRO and were subsequently appointed as letting agents for the estate which at the time had a void rate of circa 30%.
- We implemented a marketing strategy for the estate as well as advising on a refurbishment/development plan and over a 2½ year period have secured new lettings to reduce the void rate by around half.
- The success of lettings on estate has now resulted in B8 advising on the speculative development of two new buildings of 67,500 sq ft and 145,000 sq ft on site.
