• B8RE was retained by Liverpool Football Club to advise on their distribution/warehouse space requirements for on-line sales and merchandising operations.
• Having undertaken a full search of the market and undertaking options analysis on various warehousing solutions we were able to advise the best solution would be a re-gear of the lease on their existing warehouse.
• We negotiated a new 10-year lease with the landlord but with the provision of additional offices and improvement works on the building.
