• C2 Capital was then acquired by Stenprop and Compass Industrial Park was added to the fund – Industrials.co.uk
• B8RE were retained as letting agents to improve the  40% void and secured numerous lettings within the first 12 months to get this below 9.5%.
• Established a new headline rental of £6.00 per sq. ft. for Compass West and rents in excess of £8.50 per sq. ft. on the Network Centre.
• Most recently advised on the letting of Unit 2 at Compass East with SIXT Rent a Car (12,557 sq. ft.) on a new 15 year lease at £5.50 per sq. ft.
