B8RE welcomes Graduate Investment Surveyor to the team

Everyone at B8RE is proud to welcome Matthew O’Reilly as Graduate Investment Surveyor to our investment team.

Matthew graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 2024 with a First-Class Honours degree in Property Finance and Investment.

Accredited by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, the four-year course included a placement year with Mason Owen. After graduating, Matthew also completed a six-month stint at Bruntwood, further adding to his real-world industry experience.

As an integral part of the B8RE Investment team, Matthew will help provide expert real estate advice and consultancy to our investment and development clients.

Matthew O’Reilly said: “Joining B8RE is a fantastic opportunity for me to specialise in the industrial sector, work with B8s fantastic client base and learn from such a hands on and active team. I’m really looking forward to putting everything I have learnt during my course into practice.”
