Network Space has let 68,500 sq ft of space in Knowsley in a deal on which B8 Real Estate advised.
Mercedes-Benz franchisee and commercial vehicle specialist EStar Truck & Van has agreed terms for the two remaining units at the Element scheme at Alchemy Business Park – Element 1, comprising 22,946 sq ft of space, and Element 3, comprising 45,586 sq ft. Element 2 is currently occupied by a global online retailer.
Completed in 2019, Element is the £8m second phase of development at Alchemy Business Park, located adjacent to the A580 East Lancs Road half a mile from junction 4 of the M57.
EStar holds the Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicle franchise for the North West and North Wales and will be setting up a new dealership at Element to include workshops as well as head office space.
Joe Burnett, development director at Network Space, said:
Alchemy Business Park is fast becoming one of the North West’s premier employment sites. This significant letting means that Element is now 100% occupied.
Anthony Mellor of B8 Real Estate commented:
These lettings further demonstrate what remains a very strong occupational market across the North West, with record rentals being achieved on both new-build and existing stock.
Element was delivered in partnership with Knowsley Council and Liverpool City Region, with a £1.8m Growth Deal funding package.
B8 Real Estate and CBRE acted as joint agents on Element.
